Gigonu Josu is goal-oriented with a track record of managing and improving construction procedures. He has successfully led cross-functional teams and implemented strategic initiatives to achieve operational excellence, with a focus on driving efficiency, productivity, and profitability.

He has a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from Federal University Oye, Ekiti State. Also, a Master of Science in Construction Management is in view from the University of Lagos. He also holds professional certifications, such as membership in the British Safety Council, Nigeria Society of Engineers, and Project Management Professionals. Operational simplification, improved supply chain management, and cultivating a continuous improvement culture are his areas of expertise.

He thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced workplace where he can solve problems and provide top-notch outcomes. Prior to joining Tilden, he served as a structural and project engineer, which was extremely beneficial to his development. This position gave him a thorough grasp of the construction sector and the capacity to manage challenging projects. Before his appointment as the Head of the Operations Department, he managed a number of projects portfolio, supervising its completion and ensuring that it was delivered successfully, on schedule, and within budget.
