He also received a Masters of Science degree in International Business from Aston Business School in Birmingham, England. He is the founder and Managing Director of Tilden Development Limited (Tilden). Prior to founding Tilden, Ugo Obi commenced his career as part of the pioneering portfolio managerial team at Purple Capital Partners Limited.

Purple is a specialized investment firm with business areas in Financial Services and Real Estate. At Purple, he was essential to the full execution of various real estate projects worth over 45 million USD. These projects include a combined amount of 53 units of 4 bedroom residentials homes, a Grade A shopping Mall and a Boutique Hotel. Ugo Obi is a seasoned entrepreneur with analytical knowledge of the business environment. He maintains a commitment to continuously evolve, while creating a positive result driven track record and maintaining the utmost professional standards. He has amassed years of experience in the real estate and private equity investment sectors and has also undertaken various local and foreign courses in portfolio management.
